With over 12 years of experience in NHL player development, JH Sports has worked alongside some of the world's best skating, skills, strength, and video coaches — learning firsthand what it takes to become the best version of yourself.
Our philosophy is to provide players with small group ice sessions, allowing coaches the ability to keep a keen eye on players' habits — both good and bad — and provide them the necessary information and technique to improve their own game. We offer a variety of programs to fit the development needs of every player, including private/semi-private sessions — where you create your own group of like-minded players — group sessions, and camps.
